Classic Sourdough Loaf

Slow fermented sourdough with a crisp golden crust and a soft, open crumb.

Made using just flour, water, salt and our natural starter, this is the kind of loaf that makes supermarket bread very hard to go back to.

Baked fresh in small batches each week.

Ingredients:
Organic WHEAT flour, water, sourdough starter (organic WHEAT flour, water), sea salt.

Allergens: WHEAT

Made in a kitchen that also handles:

• milk
• eggs
• sesame
• nuts
• soya

Storage:

Best enjoyed fresh within 2–3 days.

To keep the crust lovely, store at room temperature wrapped in a tea towel or bread bag. also freezes beautifully if you somehow manage not to eat it all immediately.
